As a Test Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of testing and verifying world-class products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You'll have the chance to flex your technical muscles, applying your expertise in electronics and electro-mechanical systems to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.

As a Test Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of Mil Spec Connectors and apply your knowledge of Cable Ident and Cable production techniques. Your competence in using electronic test equipment and following complex test specifications will be highly valued. We're looking for a Test Engineer who can produce workmanship to the highest industry standards and approach fault-finding with a methodical mindset.

About You:

Relevant experience in a similar Test Engineer role
Minimum NVQ / City & Guilds level 3 in a relevant discipline or completed recognised apprenticeship (in electronics or electro-mechanical engineering)
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, wiring schedules and circuit diagrams
Proficiency in soldering, crimping, lacing and splicing
Experience in assembly and testing/repair of PCBs
Competence in using electronic test equipment and following complex test specifications
Proficient in fault finding with a methodical approach
