School Receptionist - Office based in Dorchester

Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator seeking a new opportunity? We have a fantastic role available at a school in Dorchester

As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the school community, including parents, pupils, and staff. This varied position will involve reception cover, customer service, and other administrative tasks. To succeed in this role, you will need a well-rounded background in administration, including:

Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office packages
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Outstanding customer service skills
Prior experience in a school administrative role
The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
As part of Safeguarding requirements, you must possess a current enhanced DBS.
