Horizon Care & Education are looking for a Head of Psychology to join our passionate team.

What you'll get to do

Design, implement and oversee the therapeutic offering for Horizon's Residential and Supported Accommodation divisions.
Design a system to ensure that team outputs is evidenced and measurable.
Contribute the formulation of a therapy dashboard with a monthly management information report to be shared with divisional MDs and SET.
Line manage a team of psychologists.
Maintain compliance with KPIs and SLAs, taking prompt action to rectify any negative variation.
Ensure the work output for the team is closely monitored to ensure maximum utilisation and identification of any areas of under-performance.
Embed a therapeutic approach throughout the Residential and Supported Accommodation divisions.

What were looking for from you:

You must have chartership or a doctorate in a psychology subject i.e. forensic, clinical, counselling, Educational, organisational and be registered with HCPC and BPS.
HCPC Registered.
Experience leading a similar function within Health and Social care/Education is highly desirable, with an understanding of associated regulations.
Exceptional judgement, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
Possess a strong record of achievement against KPI's in a similar environment.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and challenge.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong English spoken, listening, writing, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent administrative skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Team oriented and results focussed.
Strong IT literacy.
