Role and Responsibilities:

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

Managing the document control process for the civils scheme, ensuring all project documents are accurately stored, updated, and distributed.
Maintaining document control systems and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient document flow.
Reviewing and verifying project documents for accuracy and completeness.
Implementing document control procedures and providing training to project staff as needed.
Preparing reports and maintaining records to track document status and project progress.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of project documentation for audits and inspections.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or civil engineering industry.
Proficiency in document management software and systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
