Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Domestic Electrician to join our team in Skelmersdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of electrical tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform day-to-day electrical repairs in domestic settings

* Install wet rooms, including showers, lighting, and fans

* Conduct electrical work on void properties to prepare them for new tenants

* Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and remedial works as required

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a domestic electrician

* Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment

* Strong knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Competency in testing and inspecting electrical installations, holding the 2391 qualification

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
