Spares Coordinator

Due to increased demand for spare parts, we're looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join this fast-paced and evolving manufacturer.

About You
* You'll be a strong administrator with a background in engineering or manufacturing.
* You should have a good eye for detail and an understanding of the spare parts process.
* It's essential that you're able to read assembly drawings and have had exposure to Bills of Materials and Parts Lists.
* You will enjoy a multi-faceted role where you'll coordinate customer care, administration and export of goods.
About The Job
* You'll join as a Spares Coordinator and will work alongside a fabulous team who work really well together - you'll be supported by an excellent management team.
* It will be your job to coordinate the timely processing of orders for spare parts; your customers are based around the world and you will liaise with them both by email and over the telephone.
* There will be liaison with other departments including purchasing, production and planning to ensure that customers receive the best service.
* You'll work across MS Excel, MRP/ERP systems as well as online portals.
