A leading Exhibition company is searching for a talented and experienced Exhibition Stand Designer to join their dynamic team. This position calls for a creative individual who can translate client messaging into engaging, brand-aligned designs that resonate with target audiences.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and creating exhibition stands that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also incorporate the company's innovative engagement tools. The designer will actively participate in pre-briefing meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each project, allowing for designs that are both practical and aligned with the client's exhibiting goals.

The chosen candidate will present design concepts, including mood boards and 3D renderings, to stakeholders and clients, ensuring that feedback is incorporated and designs meet the highest technical standards. A focus on modular systems, adherence to health and safety regulations, and timely on-site delivery are paramount. Collaboration with the Project Management team is essential to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.

Candidates must bring a minimum of 3 years' experience as a mid-weight 3D exhibition stand designer within the exhibition, events, or experiential sectors. A robust portfolio showcasing successful project delivery and an ability to articulate the reasons behind that success is required. Proficiency in CAD software, ideally VectorWorks, and strong visual rendering skills using Artlantis or TwinMotion are essential, along with design software expertise for presentation materials, preferably with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop.

Personal attributes of the ideal candidate include a professional demeanour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Organisation, prioritisation, and a results-driven mindset are key, along with flexibility to meet the demands of the role, which may include unsociable hours.
