We are seeking, on behalf of our esteemed client, a skilled and detail-orientated CNC operator to join their existing team. The CNC operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality glass products according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machinery.

Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Experience in using machines
Work in accordance with process procedures, work order instructions, drawings, and other production documents
Using Icam software, CAD software and DXF files and customer drawings
Ability to follow the standard operating procedures in place to maintain safety and quality
Assist with troubleshooting problems with equipment, devices, or products
Maintain equipment. Detect and correct minor machine malfunctions and perform daily and monthly machine maintenance as directed
Maintain a safe, organised, and clean work area
Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements
