Key Responsibilities as a SEN TA:

Provide individualized and small group support to students with SEN.
Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements for SEN TA:

Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
