Service Advisor

Service Advisor Required in the Woking, Surrey area

Salary: £28.5k Basic + £32k+ Uncapped OTE 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership who has been operating in their local area since 1970 and going from strength to strength with a new dealership showroom our client has a unique and not to be missed Car Dealership Customer Service Advisor opportunity This client has an excellent reputation in the local area with over 320 Google Reviews with an average of 4.6 stars out of 5 for Sales, Service, Parts and everything between from their customers, new and old Join a Family Run Car Dealership that cares for it's customers and employees 

They are seeking a personable and focused Automotive Service Advisor who has at least 6 months Customer Service Advising experience in the Automotive industry, to join and support the work of their Service Department to book customers cars in for service, MOT or repair, lead, motivate and train the existing Customer Service team. This is a critical role to the success of the business, as such the commission and rewards they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area.

Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Car Technicians
Liaison with customers about any additional work required
Greeting customers and scheduling services
Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
Handling customer complaints
Responding to customer requests
Warrant administration and reporting
Tracking the vehicle through the workshop. We would love to hear from experienced Customer Service Professionals, be that relatively fresh to the automotive trade or those who have started their progression journey to Senior Service Advisor.
