You will be managing a small department, collaborating across cross-functional teams and deputising for Head of Technical, when required. You will be working with major UK retailers, participating in taste panels, shelf-life analysis and internal auditing.

* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday - 5:30am-2pm - 1:30pm-10pm (2-week rotational shift pattern
