Hays are working with a global law firm in Bristol to support with the recruitment for a permanent IT trainer. The role offers hybrid working and will pay circa £40k depending on experience although, it could potentially flex for the right person.
Your new role & what you'll need to succeed
In the role you will join the L&D team to provide first class IT training to users across the firm. You'll be responsible for training inductions that happen weekly for new starters and deliver a monthly programme to support users with applications across the Microsoft suite as well as the firms bespoke legal business applications. You'll work closely with the internal IT directorate and support other documentation including eLearning.
To be considered for this role you will similar experience in a IT trainer role ideally in a law firm or professional services / corporate environment. You'll need good knowledge of the Microsoft Stack and training users with those applications. If you have exposure with training on bespoke legal applications that would be a bonus but not essential. You'll need to have excellent communication skills and be good at managing stakeholders / working with users.
