As a Mechanical Services Engineer, your primary responsibility will be mechanical building services design and de-carbonisation assessments for a diverse range of projects. You will work closely with senior team members, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical standards and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong industry and client relationships.
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality projects.
Conduct visual surveys and contribute to quality control processes.
Prepare calculations, specifications, and drawings in line with client briefs.
Coordinate design efforts with other engineers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
Present work effectively to both internal and external team members.
Liaise with CAD/Revit resources to ensure high-standard drawing information.
Provide technical support to Graduate Engineers and junior team members.
Continuously seek to acquire new skills and techniques.Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years' experience in designing mechanical building services systems.
Experience working on buildings, campus, and refurbishment projects.
Strong interest in low-energy and sustainable design.
Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to train and develop skills in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, NBS, IES, TAS, Revit, and MagiCAD.
Degree qualified in Building Services or a related discipline.
Working towards CIBSE or IMECHE chartership.
At least two years of mechanical building services design and de-carbonisation project experience in a similar role.What's On Offer:
