Phase Leader - Key Stage 1

* As phase leader you will lead either the Key Stage 2 phase team.

* Take charge of class-based responsibilities while overseeing the overall progress and development of the designated phase.

* Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to phase team members, including a dedicated trainee.

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and the delivery of high-quality education.

* Implement strategies to promote a positive learning environment and student engagement.

* Monitor and assess student progress, implementing interventions as necessary to support individual needs.

* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and continuous professional development opportunities.
