Monday- Friday. Starting Monday 5th August. 2-3 weeks work

Job Description: We are seeking skilled Firedoor Carpenters to join our team for an essential project based at a school in Nottingham. This role involves remediation work and the installation of pre-hung doors, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. We are looking for either a team of two carpenters or two individual operatives to undertake this critical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting remediation work on existing fire doors.
Installing pre-hung fire doors to strict safety regulations and specifications.
Ensuring all installations meet regulatory compliance and school safety standards.
Collaborating with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.Requirements:

Proven experience in fire door installation and remediation.
Strong carpentry skills with a focus on precision and detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and fire door compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is essential.
