As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Some roles are specifically SEN-related, working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Other roles may involve working with behaviour management.

Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
Providing individualised support to students with diverse needs
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Supporting student's learning and development across different key stages
Participating in school events and activitiesTeaching Assistant - Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and positive attitude
