The company are hiring a Head of Projects to proactively manage key projects across the business, focusing on the implementation of commercial frameworks.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you will:

To oversee and manage a team of project managers to ensure effective completion of key projects across the business.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
View projects with a strategic focus and provide direction to project managers.
Mange risk to avoid delays within project timescales.
Resource coordination and management of third parties
Develop project plans to track project progress
Work closely with senior teams to create and maintain project strategies.
To implement commercial frames across the project team.

Professional qualifications:

We are looking for someone with the following:

Extensive project management experience, manging multiple million-pound projects.
Previous experience of implementation of commercial frameworks
Experience of creating and executing new processes and procedures.
To have worked within a heavy process industry, ideally anaerobic digestion or energy from waste.
Personal skills:
The Head of Projects role would suit someone who is:

Confident communicator, both verbally and written across all levels
Resilient and determined to overcome barriers
Analytical background
Commercial awareness
