Salary: up to £100,000 + benefits for the right candidate

This is a remote role covering multiple sites in the UK, Ireland and Belgium

This is a rare opportunity for an HSE Director to join a global business that prioritises and fosters a Health and safety culture ahead of everything else.

This HSE Director is a pivotal hire. Our client is looking for someone with experience in developing and driving an HSE strategy, who will relish a European, multisite role, and is happy to travel between sites.

Duties of the HSE Director will include:

Contribute, manage and maintain the European region HSE management system
Build a deeply embedded safety culture
Determine project timelines, and oversee analysis, budget, communication and implementation
Work as part of a wider global HSE/H&S leadership team
Establish strategy and best practices for staff
We are keen to speak with HSE Directors with the following skills/experiences:

Degree Qualified
Understanding of HSE legal frameworks within the EU
HSE experience in a manufacturing environment
HSE Senior Management level
This role will require frequent travel to multiple sites within the UK and Europe.
