What's involved?
Being a member of the UK Production Team, helping to deliver quality product within target.
Filling, sanding, and routing sheet materials.
Carry out tasks including filling, sanding, and wood preparation to production schedule, offer ideas to improve performance and throughput.
Mechanically minded, experience with woodworking or similar preparation of wood products.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Experience with hand and power tools
Operate within a framework of procedures and specific targets in pursuit of overall department goals and objectives as defined by the Operations Manager
Work in a flexible and cooperative manner across all functions, always recognising that you represent the Company when on premises.
Work with minimum supervision and have a positive and proactive can-do attitude.
