What's the role?
A privately owned housing developer with a large land bank and progressive plans who are committed to creating high-quality residential properties that enrich communities are looking for a Technical Manager to come on board and demonstrate their wealth of experience and know how.

With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction you will be a Technical Manager who strives to deliver exceptional homes tailored to the needs and aspirations of your clients. You will not only do a job, but you will also excel and aim to the highest standards with your work. A determined, focused, and systematic approach to your career is what we are looking for. This role has massive scope for progression so the person who comes onboard must demonstrate that ambition and thrive when part of a focussed and inspirational team.
We are looking for someone with a stable developer background and at least 5-6 years within the industry, A relevant construction related degree and experience as listed below will be required.
What will be involved?
As our Technical Manager, you'll be at the heart of our project success, overseeing all technical aspects from start to finish. You'll ensure our homes are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
You will need the following:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
5-6 years of experience in technical management within residential development.
Proven track record with large-scale residential projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
