Electrician

JOB TITLE: ELECTRICIAN

LOCATION: NEWQUAY, TR7

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an Electrician to join our team in Newquay on a new build site.

You will be working IN TR7

Site experience is required for this role and will be for a minimum of 8-12 weeks.

you'll receive a competitive salary ranging from £36000 to £40000 per annum

Day Rate - open for discussion

Duties and Responsibilities will include :

Take ownership of installation and completion to sign off and handover level for multiple new build sites in and around the Newquay area, covering various operational sites for both Drinking Water Services and Waste Water Services. * Execute planned work derived from designed and planned drawings to follow planning schedules on operational assets, ensuring services are provided to high standards in a sustainable manner. * Utilize your expertise to diagnose faults, carry out first and second fixings on live operational new build sites, and collaborate with other contractors on site. * Liaise with all stakeholders affected by any work undertaken and compile or update site engineering documentation to support operational functions.

Requirements: * Essential: compliance with current IEE Regs 18th Edition; * City & Guilds in Electrical installation or NVQ 3. experience with soft starts, and motor control systems; understanding of wiring diagrams; knowledge of working with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS); good working knowledge of LV systems (415vac down to 24vac and dc control and indication).
