Warehouse Specialist/ Didcot, Oxford / Competitive salary/ shift work / 12 Month Contract
Our client is looking for Warehouse Specialist with 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping, Pharmaceutical and/or Food experience preferred.
The Role:
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for receiving deliveries and production materials, storing them as per compliance requirements, and moving the material to support the manufacturing teams in the Facility. They will also be responsible for preparing drug substance delivery towards fill and finish CMO.
Here's What You'll Do:
Completes picking and verification's within the warehouse to support all manufacturing groups.
Inventories the returned materials from manufacturing to be returned into the SAP system.
Coordinates deliveries to internal customers with minimal support
Completes SAP transactions.
Completes daily cycle counts.
Completes wipe down activities of materials moving into the manufacturing suites.
Segregates expired material.
Handling of material ensuring compliance throughout warehouse operations.
Labelling material according to internal procedures.
Practice safe work habits and adhere to Moderna's safety procedures and guidelines.
Transport materials supplies and/or products. Transfers materials to and from storage areas and ensure accurate quantities and completing records. Use of a powered industrial truck (PIT) required.
Support on site waste management activities.
Perform various daily, weekly and monthly checks.
Liaise with 3rd party support services.
Provide operations support for other departments in the business.
Here's what you'll need:
Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in Mathematics and English.
2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping, Pharmaceutical and/or Food experience preferred.Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
Ability to lift and move products.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smart sheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
Ability to work overtime when required.
