This role will involve managing the company maintenance planning system and handling work packs from the Customer Purchase Order to the return of completed paperwork after maintenance is complete. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills as they bridge the gap between the Technical Services team and the shop floor.

The Role:

Manage and collate both company and customer maintenance documents, ensuring internal and national regulations are adhered to
Enter maintenance work cards into the MRP system and continuously update the work cards as maintenance progresses
Generate and close company work packs for both line and base maintenance inputs
Provide documentation support to shop floor engineers ensuring they have required access to both customer and company policy information
Act as a liaison between Technical Services and the shop floor engineering teams
4 on 4 off 7 to 7 shift patternThe Person:

Experience in Aviation is advantageous
