I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a roofing sub-contractor based in the south east to work on a mixture of projects within Public, Commercial, Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors. As a contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management, Including negotiating and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing contract related documentation. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external teams to effectively manage contracts. This role offer flexibility for some remote work.
Key duties will be -
Taking the lead on managing circa 2-3 projects through to PC
Having the ability to pick up existing projects at different stages of construction
Be able to work with different professional teams
Be able to lead on all programming & planning duties
Ability to be able to work with the design team on design implementation and client management Qualification:
Strong Contract management skills, including experience in negotiating and reviewing contract
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret contract terms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external
Proficiency in contract management software and tool
Experience in the roofing or construction industry is mustMy client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
