About the role:

We are seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This position arises due to maternity leave, offering stability and continuity for our Year 4 class.

You will work three days a week, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for a class of approximately 25 students. This role stands out for its supportive leadership team and collaborative teaching approach, where creativity and innovation in teaching are highly encouraged.

Application Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum. Experience in teaching Year 4 or relevant lower Key Stage 2 classes is advantageous. Strong communication skills, the ability to differentiate lessons effectively, and a commitment to inclusive education are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.

• Assess and monitor student progress to ensure attainment targets are met.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience.

• Provide pastoral care and support to students as required.
