Key Responsibilities:
* Set up CNC milling machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
* Program CNC machines CAM software.
* Operate machines to produce high-quality components within tight tolerances.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
* Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Troubleshoot issues with machines and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programme Setter Operator or similar role.
* Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
* Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing is a plus.
