Initial Education are currently recruiting for a fully qualified English Teacher in Gloucester for an immediate start after half term.

As a qualified English Teacher you will be responsible for educating and inspiring students in English, whilst supporting their personal growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that are in line with the curriculum

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning

* Use various teaching methods that relate to the students different learning styles

* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

* Have a passion for English Language

Interested Candidates must:

* Hold a PGCE with relevant Bachelor’s Degree

* Have excellent subject and curriculum knowledge

* Good behaviour management skills

* Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
