Responsbilities:

* Review all ISO documents and maintain appropriate records to ensure continued compliance. Liaise with appropriate internal and external parties throughout the year and manage the annual review.

* Assist with updating the maintaining the Sharepoint system and ensure that all documents are registered within the document management system correctly.

* Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and paper/electronic records of Company and private vehicles. Arranging servicing, repairs, MOT’s and valeting as required to ensure deadlines and not missed.

* Administration support to include such things as arranging travel and hotel bookings, compiling relevant documentation for meetings, creating excel spreadsheets, management of office equipment and stationery and filing etc.

* Attend Management Team meetings to take minutes of meetings and ensure that minutes of meetings and actions are issued within 1 week.

* Assisting with financial data management including managing Invoices, scanning documentation and data input on to Sage 200 as required.

* Ensure that all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to and maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

* Assist in enhancing the Company’s systems and procedures in relation to information flow and management systems and continuously look for new opportunities for development of such.

Experience:

* Experience within a similar role

* Familiarity with social media and various I.T systems

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple workloads
