Associate Director | Integrated design & Change Lead

What is the opportunity?

* An opportunity to use your non-technical talents, to lead change, to engage and inspire people, to "package" and or "repackage" services, to integrate people and design and to see opportunities and risks in the P&L.
* Hybrid working out of a UK office, London or anywhere (almost Many to choose from).
* High quality Associate Director grade renumeration package and a path to Director, reporting to a high-profile global board member.

* Your excited about collaborating with recognised technical experts around the world, joining them up and helping them do better (often sharing best practice between regions/ taking the best bits).
* You've got the commercial acumen to see opportunities and threats in the P&L and wider operations, including sales (sometimes it's all about packaging).
* You've likely honed your skills in multidisciplinary design in the built environment.
