We are looking for someone with a stable developer background and at least 5 years within the industry, A relevant construction related degree and experience as listed below will be required.

What will be involved?

As the Technical Coordinator, your primary role will involve overseeing the smooth execution of all technical aspects, particularly the creation and oversight of precise, detailed construction drawings across various projects. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that these tasks are efficiently managed throughout each project's lifecycle and be able to effectively communicate with all involved departments.

Experience in the following will be preferred:

Coordinate technical aspects of housing development projects from inception to completion.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure alignment with project objectives and specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and health and safety standards.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and obtain necessary approvals and permits as required.
Assist in the development and review of project design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical challenges and optimise design solutions.
Ensure that design changes are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of construction and craftsmanship.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Prepare regular progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that all project documentation is organised, accessible, and up to date.
