The Role: As an SEN Teacher at our school in Dover, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities within your classroom. Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals, you will develop personalised learning plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEN.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Dedication to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equality in education.
