Keeler Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading business in South Norfolk who are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the accounts team and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts. This role involves managing the day-to-day accounts payable activities, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be;
Duties;
Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable team
Coordinate and distribute workload among team members to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop professional growth opportunities for your staff members
Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process
Process improvement
You should have;
AP management experience
Strong communications skills
Great organisational & strong interpersonal skills
AAT qualification or above
