Key Details:

* Location: Coventry, West Midlands

* Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

* Start Date: ASAP

* Work Type: Full-time, Permanent

* Jobs per Day: Approximately 5-7

Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance work, addressing and resolving issues across a range of plumbing and heating systems in domestic properties. This position does not involve emergency call-out duties, allowing for a predictable and balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

* Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and materials used.

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

* Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards at all times.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in plumbing and heating maintenance, with a strong background in domestic environments.

* Relevant qualifications and certifications in plumbing and heating engineering.

* Gas Safe registration is highly desirable.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
