Our client that is headquartered in the Birmingham area are looking for Field Service Technicians to join their fun and vibrant teams across the south of England

Benefits:

Salary - £30,000 to £33,000 per annum.
Field based role.
Location - South of England
33 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Role & Responsibilities:

Installation of the clients' products on customer sites.
Complete planned and reactive maintenance where required.
Utilise facilities management systems to ensure compliance of submitted documents.
Collaborate with the service engineering team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams.
Submit all paperwork electronically via the client's tablet and their online portal.
Attend monthly meetings via teams and quarterly meetings at their head office in Birmingham.
Complete a monthly stock take of all equipment and parts.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in a field-based technician / engineering role.
Proficient with computers and tablets.
(Preferred) Experience working within the medical / evacuation equipment sector.
Experienced in completing planned and reactive maintenance.
(Preferred) Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sectors.
Experience in a customer facing role, providing a professional service.
