In this job, you'll be working with a mid-sized housing provider in Essex who are looking for someone to take the lead on the strategic aspects of their Capital Programmes.

You will be managing 2 Project Managers who are purely delivery-based and hands-on.

They have a few upcoming projects that are currently in the procurement stage for SHDF and Decent Homes which are up to £12m.

You will be leading weekly and/or monthly progress meetings with consultants and contractors depending on how the projects are going.

You'll be on a day rate between £450 - £500 per day on a contract which will be an initial 6 months but will be extended for a longer period if everyone's happy.
