FP&A Manager

A hugely successful and innovative STEM business is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their growing team. If you love adding value, and finding new and better ways to do things, this could be the move for you

Partnering closely with the business, you will take ownership of the maintenance and development of the companies’ financial systems, processes and reporting. This role is hugely collaborative, partnering with the business to support their decision making

FP&A Manager – The Role

Producing accurate and timely management information and using Power BI or other visualisation tools
Preparing presentations and reports for the management team
Developing insightful commercial analysis to optimise decision making
Leading and developing the consolidated budgeting and forecasting processes
Business partnering with various departments across the business to be the primary source of financial insight for decision making
Producing business cases for new initiatives
Cashflow forecasting
FP&A Manager – Person Requirements

ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
Must have prior analytical and or business partnering experience
Must have an appetite for change and finding new and innovative ways to do things
Strong modelling skills
Excellent relationship builder

Salary £70-80k plus discretionary bonus
