Continental Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off Days and Nights

The Company

My client is a privately owned manufacturer involved in specialist high performance construction products and is extremely well established, with over 150 years of experience. Due to further business progression is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the electrical knowledge already within their current team. The group supplies products into several blue-chip manufacturing organisations with a reputation for product quality and reliability.

* Working Knowledge of PPM Systems

The Role

The ideal candidate will come from an engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer, ideally electrical, (but ideally have some multi-skilled knowledge) and have PPM systems manufacturing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. If you have worked on automated systems, drives and invertors it would be advantageous, they have a variety of PLC systems on site. On a day to day basis, you will work on conveyors, wrappers, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and other process machinery. There will be a great deal of technical development, which will aid your longer term career prospects within this instantly recognisable group.
