Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Euston, London
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Holidays: 25 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities:
* Electrical Maintenance: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
* UPS & Generators: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supplies and generators.
* Emergency Systems: Conduct emergency light tests, fire alarm tests, and sprinkler tests.
* General Maintenance: Undertake basic mechanical and plumbing tasks as required.

Requirements:
* Relevant electrical qualifications and experience.
* 18th Edition desired
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, including UPS and generators.
* Familiarity with emergency systems maintenance.
* Basic mechanical and plumbing skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
