Working for well established luxury brand, the main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver world class product training and education for all stakeholders. Support colleagues across sales, marketing and operations to bring to life the brand in a way that engages employees and customers alike to connect with the brand’s unique features and benefits. Ultimately help to drive brand engagement and sales. Be an ambassador for the brand.

Main duties:

* Head up product training and brand education for all stakeholders involved in key functions across the business.

* Design and deliver training modules to ensure all stakeholders have the required skills and knowledge to educate and sell to consumers about the benefits of investing in products.

* Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement for internal and external sales staff.

* Produce physical and digital assets which can be used online, in showrooms and stores to help upsell the benefits of the product portfolio.

* On-board new employees into the business to ensure consistent understanding of brand USP’s and positioning.

* Collect feedback from those who have undergone training to assess individual’s performance and implement changes to training modules where necessary.

* Undertake training visits to stores across the UK and export markets when and where appropriate. Co-ordinate with the sales team in each market.

* Work closely with marketing team to understand how benefits of product for health purposes can help leverage the benefits of investing in market/product.

* Manage the Plymouth showroom to ensure display and product standards are maintained.

Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and coaching roles

* Professional qualification in Learning and Development Management preferred.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* A strong empathy for luxury products and bespoke manufacturing

* Team player

* Strong time management skills

* IT literate in terms of Excel, Word and Power Point

* Based at Plymouth Head Office but with requirement to travel to retailers across UK, Europe and USA, Likely split of 80% Plymouth based and 20% travel.
