As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to implement personalized learning plans and strategies.
Assist in the development of social skills, independence, and confidence in our students.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting your approach as necessary to meet individual needs.
Support the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to make a difference.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
