Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £60,000 per annum

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that costs are managed effectively and that financial objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within the budget.

* Tendering: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

* Valuation: Conduct cost analysis and prepare valuations for work done.

* Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial progress reports to senior management.

* Contract Management: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

* Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to cost and contract management.

* Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and relevant legislation.

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
