Full Time – 40 hours per week. Working 5 days over 7 shift basis

Salary: £30,000 plus benefits

Are you a creative and talented chef looking for a new opportunity to showcase your culinary skills? We are a new cocktail bar looking to introduce food to our menu and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Create and execute a diverse menu that complements our cocktail offerings

* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a timely manner

* Ensure all food meets high standards of taste and presentation

* Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

* Collaborate with bar staff to create food and drink pairings

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen

* Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Food handler's certification

* Knowledge & Experience in similar establishment.

* Professional self-starter able to work unaided

* Highly organised and capable of working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
