Employment Type: Long-term placement
Salary: £150-£170 per day

As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with a dedicated team of educators and professionals to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support students with varying abilities and learning styles.
Collaborate with other teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to develop individualised education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes to inform future teaching practices.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, empathy, and acceptance.
Communicate effectively with parents/carers, providing regular updates on student progress and collaborating on support strategies.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
Strong understanding of SEN strategies, interventions, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
