Description

Coordinate and complete the administration for all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development processes
Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Managing queries related to HR policies and procedures
Conducting employee onboarding and helping to organise training & development initiatives
Assisting with performance management procedures
Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendasProfile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

An academic background in Human Resources or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of HRIS systems
An understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding organisational and time-management skillsJob Offer

£24,000 salary per annum
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
