Position: Service Engineer
Location: Yate
Salary: £16.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on lifting equipment, providing maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. If you are passionate about engineering and have experience in this field, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform maintenance and repair work on a variety of lifting equipment.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

* Conduct routine inspections and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.

* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.

* Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably with lifting equipment.

* Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

* Full UK driving licence.

Benefits:

* Pay is £16.00 per hour.

* £25 overnight allowance for working away.

* Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Working Hours:

* 37.5 hrs a week 7:30 - 4pm Mon-Thurs, 7:30 - 1pm Fri
