Senior Building Surveyor

Cityscape are currently partnered with a premier firm of chartered surveyors who have a rich heritage and operate nationwide and internationally. Currently searching for a passionate Senior Building Surveyor and expanding rapidly across the globe our client prides itself on delivering expert advice and innovative solutions to property owners, varied businesses, and financial institutions.

Senior Building Surveyor – London

Tasks and responsibilities:

* Nurturing strong client relationships.

* Assisting the consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects

* Conducting building surveys and site inspections.

* Creating Schedules of Condition, Technical Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules

* Developing Schedules of Work and Specifications for various maintenance, construction, and development projects.

* Fund Monitoring

* Working with external clients and consultant teams.

Key skills required:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Fluid in completing Red Book standard reports

* MRICS 3 years PQE
