The Project Coordinator will be the customers single point of contact for project implementation once purchase order is received and handover from the sales team complete. Reporting into the Engineering Project Manager, this customer facing role will involve high levels of coordination between multiple internal and external stakeholders

Responsibility of the Project Co-ordinator:

* Lead multiple (>10) high value, high impact Projects from the point of sale (purchase order) to conclusion

* Continuously focused on implementing incremental improvements to customer experience

* Delivering exceptional levels of service to both internal and external stakeholders

* Define project timelines, deliverables, coordinating all project activities and communication throughout implementation

* Manage communication and coordinate with the customer and third parties (OEMs, builders, contractors…)

* Ensuring successful execution of project including post project formal feedback and close out

Personal skills and attributes of the Project Co-ordinator:

* Project management experience in an engineering company

* Proven background managing multiple activities and stakeholders

* A robust personality, able to handle pressurised situations.

* A systematic and logical approach to problem solving

* Flexible to accommodate the needs of the business.

* Customer Focused

* Ability to coordinate multiple activities
