Tradewind is looking for a Year 4 teacher for our partner school in Bury This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Year 4 teacher to join a school that has successfully created a happy, secure and caring community where they celebrate the individual contributions of every child. The competitive pay rate for this position is between £140 and £200 per day, depending on experience. The role will begin in September 2024 and you will be required for the rest of the academic year.

To be a success in this role, you will need to:

Have QTS or QTLS status
Have experience within a KS2 setting
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the School

This one-form entry school aims to create an environment where everyone respects each others and are encouraged to praise one another, treat each other with fairness and acceptance. The school develops children's values through their spiritual, moral and cultural development. The school has developed a transdisciplinary approach to the curriculum where they interweave English and the foundation subjects. However, they do teach Science and Maths as discrete subjects. The school places an emphasis on linking learning to real world situations and using live marking to provide immediate feedback to the pupils.
