Role Overview:

As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will work closely with our seasoned analysts and business leaders to learn the essentials of business analysis. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to launch a career in business analysis. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning.

Core Responsibilities:

* Gather and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.

* Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and solutions.

* Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and document business processes.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to present findings.

* Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of business systems and tools.

* Identify and propose process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
