The Company:
Are you an Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector?

Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
Our client has recently secured a new scheme and are seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board.. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late September and you will report to a Commercial Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you
About You:

• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
• Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
